The Buzz

The challenge for most curly girls is finding styling tools, besides breakage-causing rubber and elastic bands that are designed specifically for thick hair textures. The solution to this decades-old problem is the PuffCuff - a hair clamp made to hold thick, curly manes in place. The PuffCuff won't cinch or stress your hair and is designed work with, not against your tresses. This high-impact resistant plastic styling tool is lightweight, durable and promotes strong and healthy hair by gently cuffing your hair and securing it in place without stressing the hair follicle. Designed with a contoured fit, the PuffCuff has a wide mouth is to comfortably accommodate thick, curly hair, and its short teeth and hook closure secures hair in place. Available at puffcuff.com in these sizes: Original PuffCuff – 5” wide, $14.99, PuffCuff Juniors (2pcs)- 3.125” wide, $15.99, PuffCuff Mini (3ps)- 2.5” wide,  $16.99, PuffCuff Micro (5pcs)- 1.625” wide,  $17.99 HOWTOUSEPUFFCUFF To create your own natural hair pouf using the PuffCuff follow these steps... Step 1: Gather your hair first as if creating a ponytail. While holding hair, INSERT the teeth of one arm of the PuffCuff into hair at the base of puff as close to the scalp as possible. Step 2: While still holding gathered hair, use free hand to insert teeth of the opposite arm into hair as close to the base of puff on the opposite side of head. Do NOT let go of gathered hair. Step 3: Insert both arms into the hair at the base of puff, push arms toward each other overlapping the hooks. Step 4: Gently pull arms in opposite direction to interlock hooks and close the clamp. Let go of the gathered hair. Fluff and enjoy a painless puff! For extremely thick hair, it is recommended using the PuffCuff on damp or stretched hair to avoid this accessory being too tight on the head.

Why You'll Love It

When my hair comes out of this weave yet again, I'll be trying this tool firsthand, however, I feel comfortable in giving it a thumbs up pre-use because of this one benefit: No more hair damaging elastics and rubber bands! [spacer]
