Smokey Eye Makeup & A Neutral Lip You’ll Love

To offset the flirty, feminine designs of the Tracy Reese fall/winter runway show, the models wore smokey eye makeup and a neutral lip (designed by Maybelline New York Global Makeup Artist Charlotte Willer) that was absolutely captivating, providing the right amount of edge with the use of heavy eyeliner.
